Grow up, be mature, but still maintain those beautiful qualities. What I feel is important is the freedom to invent things, however ridiculous. Don't be afraid to take risks, to be creative, and try things.

David Mitchell– Odeon Swiss Cottage & BBC Studios Met in Nov 2011 (showed him to his seats as I work there) and saw in Dec 2011 on the Big Fat Quiz show.
