NEW DRAWINGWhen I first started drawing this I loved it. As I continued I started hating it because I didn’t think it looked right, and now with the final piece I am quite pleased but I’m still not sure! I’m really proud of the teeth though.Most people who I’ve showed the reference picture to have said, “Ugh, look at this teeth!” or, “Ugh, his beard looks like pubes.” Both very valid points, but after some commissions which haven’t been that fun for me to do, I decided on a picture that really showed facial features which are my favourite things to draw. I am riveted by the current Iraq inquiry, though angry already because I feel it will end with a report and nobody’s actually going to be arraigned for what happened.”
